[Resolved] Vodafone — Demand Notice | |||
I received the below notice from Vodophone even though I have paid the my bill as aggreed by Vodophone collection executive. Yet I recived the below notice from them which is unjustified. Please advise for my next step. Sir, Sub:- Demand for payment of Outstanding Amount of Rs.1382 /-. Ref: Your Vodafone Mobile No:[protected] & A/c No: 5.28137.00.00.100084 You had availed our services for the above mentioned mobile connection and our records indicate that there is an outstanding dues Rs.1382 /- payable by you. We have from time to time sent you monthly bills and reminded you for payment of the bills sent to you. We request you to pay the outstanding dues within 2 days of this letter. If you have already made the payment, we request you to ignore this letter. Please Note: 1) Your account will be automatically referred to our legal dept. for necessary action, if the amount is not settled within 2 days of this notice. 2) For any clarification or assistance you may contact us @ [protected] – Between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. PAYMENT OPTION:- Since your account is inactive, you can choose to reactivate the line by paying the dues in full using one of the following options. 1) You can make payment through credit card by dialing the TOLL FREE number 53333 for any of the VODAFONE number (postpaid/prepaid) from anywhere 2) Log on to www.vodafone.in and select the option manage your account online, then select QUICK BILLPAY by paying thru Credit/Debit card or Net Banking Was this information helpful? | |||
