[Resolved]  Vodafone — Does not reverts recharge by mistake

Hi Team,

This is the second time I am facing this problem on my phone and Vodafone customer care is unable to help me. Vodafone recently changed their value added recharge prices, the specific one that I am referring to is 30paise per minute plan. Earlier this was charged Rs 24 and valid for 30 days, however they changed the same to Rs 24 valid for 15 days and Rs 34 valid for 30 days.

My problem is that if I recharge Rs 34 twice on the same phone same day Vodafone only gives me 30paise per minute plan for 30 days and does not provide any credit or balance for the second recharge. In a way the company has cheated many customers and pocketed Rs 34 or Rs 24 in the name of human error.

Its not about Rs 34, collecting this amount illegally is not correct and hence would like you guys to look into the matter. These MNC's would never appreciate if we mistakenly pocket even single paise from their system; reflected in their attitude when we try to switch phone providers using number portability, you cannot do so unless all arrears are paid in full. However if we are at fault Vodafone turns a def hear.

Vodafone — For their mistakes we will be the targets

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am using Vodafone prepaid connection since 2006 DEC, Now I am facing a problem with it.
Yesterday, i.e, 5th Aug 2009 an amount of 150RS has been deducted from my account due to some technical problem and till now it has not been solved, no proper response from the service provider.
I cant do outgoing calls from yesterday, now my balance is -134/- which was +15/-
For me its okay, whereas if some common man get affected by this what he needs to do???
They are telling it will be resolved by 7th Aug 2009 at 6PM, So for 2 days there will be no outgoing calls.
This kind of poor service they are providing, this shows their negligence that too for their mistake.
Please take some proper action against this.
