Hi,
My name is Ashish Chugh and I had applied for a Vodafone Cellular connection in May 2012. After filling paper work it was informed to me that the card will not be activated due to some signature issue. I did not use the card, however a bill and court notice has been issued to me from Vodafone seeking Rs 766.34/-

Please email us the request for cancellation to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com with the following details of your Vodafone subscription. 1) Your Vodafone number 2) Registered name 3) Billing/correspondence address 4) Reason for cancellation.

We confirm that an amount has been reversed towards the monthly rental and late payment charges applied in your bills dated August 07, 2012, September 07, 2012 and October 07, 2012 as service gesture since there was no usage. The same along with the applicable service tax will reflect in your bill dated December 07, 2012 on page 2 or 3 under Miscellaneous/Credit charges column.
