[Resolved] Vodafone Essar Company — misbehaving | |||
i vivek mishra mobile no.[protected] went to vodafone store at gaur gravirty mall indirapuram nyay khand 2 on 11,AUG,2010 to migrate my numbers from postpaid to prepaid . I REACHED THERE AT 11:30 A.M. AND WAIT FOR 2 HOURS FOR MY TOKEN NO. MR. AMIT HANDLED ME AND HE MIGRATED MY ONE NO. INTO PREPAID BUT WHEN I ASKED TO MIGRATE MY OTHER NUMBERS HE TRANSFERRED ME TO STORE INCHARGE MR. JATIN ASHRA AND HE REFUSED TO CONVERT MY NUMBERS AND HIS WAY OF TALKING WAS NOT SO GOOD. I REQUESTED HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT HE PAID NO ANY HEED TOWARDS MY CONCERN AND SAID ME THAT NO ONE CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM YOU ONLY CAN CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND IT WILL BE TOTALLY USELESS. I REALLY HARRASED DUE TO HIS BEHAVIOUR . AND HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS SAME FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO CAME THERE TO CONVERT THEIR NUMBERS FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID . I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN BY CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE AND MY COMPLAIN NO. IS[protected] BUT NO ANY RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED ME . I JUST WANT THAT MY PROBLEM MUST BE TAKE SERIOUSLY AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO MR. JATIN SO THAT HE CAN NEVER MISBEHAVE AND MISGUIDE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER . IF NO ANY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN I WILL COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER COURT . AND I ALSO WANT A FEEDBACK CALL FROM THE COMPANY AND ITS FEEDBACK SO THAT I CAN KNOW THAT WHAT ACTIONS HAS TAKEN TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS . KINDLY SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
