[Resolved]  Vodafone Essar — Mental Harrasment

Dear Sir / Madam

I am using a Vodafone Service - [protected] . I had opted for Blackberry Plan on my phone in August 2011 . I have been using that service till October 31st 2012 . I had to change my phone due to fault in my phone . I had applied for cancellation of all the plans and asked for normal Rs 99/- Rental Plan .

Even after repeated request the service got deactivated on 6th nov 2012 . After which they have been activating all kinds of other services with request .
Services like - Itemised bill , Vodafone Live , Rental plan of Double value 299 .

It has been a really mental harrasment where every morning i have to follow as to which plan is changed and what has been activated and deactivated .

Vodafone Essar — wrong billing and harrasmnet

vodafone has sent me some vague bills in september and october showing various miscellaneous charges which should not have been deducted.i was in my hometown through out the months of sept and october still they have sent a bill for roaming charges.this is just one instant of the many mistakes which they have made on the bill.inspite of several request from my side to come to an settlement,they have not reciprocated with me.now all of a sudden they have sent me a legal notice saying that i have to pay a sum of Rs. 821.96 only within 15th of january.but when i called up there executives to collect the said amount they are saying that this is not the actual outstanding amount and they are demanding for the total billed amount again.please suggest me what to do?
