Vodafone Essar — wrong billing and harrasmnet
vodafone has sent me some vague bills in september and october showing various miscellaneous charges which should not have been deducted.i was in my hometown through out the months of sept and october still they have sent a bill for roaming charges.this is just one instant of the many mistakes which they have made on the bill.inspite of several request from my side to come to an settlement,they have not reciprocated with me.now all of a sudden they have sent me a legal notice saying that i have to pay a sum of Rs. 821.96 only within 15th of january.but when i called up there executives to collect the said amount they are saying that this is not the actual outstanding amount and they are demanding for the total billed amount again.please suggest me what to do?
