Vodafone Essar South — Incorrect bill | |||
Hi Team, I activated 3g services on my vodafone post paid number [protected] on[protected]. According to the plan,the monthly rental was rs.100 and 100 mb free usage after that the charges would be 2 paise per 10 kb. but vodafone charged me at 10 paiseper 10 kb and sent a bill of rs. 5200. I called up customer service and explained the situation and lodged a complaint, but no action was taken. A representative came on[protected] to collect the amount, I again explained and also gave a written complaint requesting for a dispute. He gave a receipt and reference number but again no response from them. Now all of a sudden I am receiving a court summon to appear in the high court and pay the bill. In my opinion you should not be worried about the court summon as they give this to everyone but never listen to users problem. Keep sending them mails about your problem to a list of email ids u will find in their site of some of the highest authorities.
Moreover since u had a postpaid connection so you can go to a center and ask for a detailed bill of your usage, scan it and attach in your mails along with the attachment which shows wat your actual plan was.
