[Resolved]  Vodafone — Even After Cancellation request they are charging for every month for postpaid service

Sir,

I have cancelled my postpaid service two months ago. At April an vodafone executive named Mr. Mushqtaq has came to me and collected Rs.200/- for cancellation. But at May a bill has came from vodafone asking them to pay Rs. 500/- . As I have cancelled my service, I haven't replied to him. After due date, a lady from customer care shouted and said that vodafone will file complaint against me. Therefore, I went to vodafone store, and I paid Rs. 500/- with great hesitation and I said to them to cancel my postpaid service. They agreed me that they will cancel. But Now they are torturing us to pay the due amount still. Today (June 7,2012) I have called the customer care, One Customer Care person said that I have to pay bill till June 7,2012. Then Only we will cut this service. I said to the customer care to cancel all my vodafone lines. If it Happens again, I will file complaint against such unresponsible fellows regarding this mental harassment. And also I will suggest my friends to cut vodafone service. Whether Vodafone postpaid service is Just for cheating.
