[Resolved] Vodafone — excess billing, disconnecting my phone services, harrasment | |||
I, ASIF SHAIKH AYUB had vodafone postpaid connection [protected]. this number i had been using since years. i have a very good record o[censored]sages and payment cos of which vodafone had extended my credit limit till 9,000 rupees. if my usages exceeds than vodafone use to discontinue my outgoing facilities so i was well aware of my usages. but the problem is, even though my credit limit is 9,000 they had sent me a bill of more than 25,000 without any intimation and without even blocking my out going calls. and now they are forcing me to pay 25,000 by saying as per TRI rules they can give any credit limit and even can block or continue calls without any information. i was and am ready to pay 9,000 and dispite continuosly follow up to the customer care and the vodafone manager my number was blocked. even my several visits to the vodafone gallery in jaipur was in vain. vodafones recovery agents are harrasing my family through visiting my residence. they are even mentally harassing me through false calls in the name of choudhry and rajeev rana as seniour high court advocate, warrantant cell.....etc etc. pls solve my issue as im ready to pay 9,000 which is my credit limit usage. thanx.
