[Resolved]  Vodafone — Extra charges in my postpaid bill

Dear Consumer Forum Team,

This is request you to that I am getting my Vodafone bill every month with some extra Internet charges in my all bill from my no activation. When I have activated my no in Vodafone at that time he talked to me that if you will activate 98rs Internet plan you will get 2 gb data usage and after usage you will be charge according to data usage and according to 98rs plan jut like ( if you used 2gb then charge will be 98rs then again used 1 gb then charges deduct 49rs means 98+49=147) but he is deducting my charges according to him own mind and giving me more and more bill. So kindly request you to please check my all bill details and give me resolution as soon as possible.

Vodafone — extra bills charges

This is silvester i am working with SITEL INDIA LTD and i have taken a vodafone postpaid connection from APPLABS through my friends reference. Untill now i am unable to understand my CUG PLAN of vodaphone. So its my kind and humble request to vodaphone to provide me with a email copy of my detailed GUG POSTPAID PLAN unto my email address: [protected]@gmail.com

Vodafone — wrong /extra charges

My Vodafone No. is [protected]. I had bought a Rs.51 Bonus card, in 2010, to reduce my call charges to 60 ps/min, (first call of the day Rs.1 /min, without validity limit). My sim card was not used from 5th Aug 2010 to 8th Nov, 2010, since I was abroad. After I returned, my call charges had become standard. I complained to Vodafone. After 1-2 days, my call charges were 60 ps/min (from the first call of the day). I was happy that my complaint was heard and action taken. But suddenly, 80 ps was deducted daily from my account for availing the facility of 60 ps/min. When I complained, they said, I had bought Rs.12 Bonus Card on 12th Jan, and the deduction was under that scheme. I told them that the deduction is not mentioned in the (Rs. 12 bonus card) Scheme. Or else, I would have not bought that card (if at all I had bought, according to their claim).

Secondly, I had bought Rs.127 Bonus card on 23rd Feb, which offered 245 min free talk time. This service is not given to me. And the deduction is carried on till date, despite my several complaints. The Vodafone official assured me that my 2 complaints - wrong deduction of 80 ps daily and non availment of Rs.127 bonus card services will be looked in to. But nothing is done till date.

Vodafone — Extra Charges on internet services

I am using mobile number [protected]. Few months back i started using the vodafone's mobile connect pack which is of 99 rs per month rental. Ititially i was facing issues while using the internet. I had to esclate then i was able to get resolution. Now what happened is from last 2 months i am receiving very huge bill and i am not using anything extra. Last month i got bill of Rs 2800 and which i paid as thinking that i might have used more. This month i was carefull in using the mobile then also i got bill of Rs 3950.
I tried to get assistance from the customer care but not able to get so as somtimes there systems are not wirking as they are facing tech issues and sometimes they hung up just listening to the concern. Now i am fedup from this third class service of a brand name Vodafone
i am genuine vodafone customer from past many years since you have launched vodafone here in chandigarh and after being so loyal to vodafone and paying my bills on time i cant bear this kind of services as i am geting mentally harrased by calling to your customer care reps. Last rep i spoke with name shashank he didnt esclated my call to his team lead and i felt offended by the way he talked to me and in tone he talked to me.
