[Resolved]  Vodafone — Fake address registered against my SIM

Hi,

I am using a vodafone prepaid SIM having number [protected].I have been using this SIM for 3 years.I went to vodafone store to apply for a microsim.The store guy checked the number and told it's assigned to someone else.I am being the owner of the SIM requesting to change my personal information and I am ready to provide all necessary document but that store guy is not ready to change my information.Moreover he is telling me to switch to postpaid and then only he will do it.Please take stern action against these cheaters who are manipulating personal address.I shall lodge a police complain if the issue is not resolved and my address is not changed.
