[Resolved] Vodafone — false scheme | |||
sir, my name is pritesh jain and i am from mumbai.my mobile number is [protected].my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) my problem is like this ..vodafone provider sending people for new postpaid activation and new postpaid schemes...i am using this postpaid connection([protected]) from more than two months but they still not providing the schemes as per the people promise who came for activation..provider says there were no such schemes like the people offered me...now my bill has crossed the credit limit of my account.. still i m ready to pay the whole amount but first i want that people who offered me the new schemes at the time of activation..vodafone customer care people says they dont know them and even they dont have their contact no..and the mobile no which i have of the people who came to me for activation is showing switch off kindly guide me what to do in this Was this information helpful? | |||
