[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong commitment - Internet | |||
I had called vodafone customer care to purchase one Internet connection. At that time they commited me that this is 3G connection and Rs500 for unlimitted surfing on 3G after using it for three months i never got 3g speed, when i call customer care again they told me that in your area this service is not available and we hv different plans for 3G. this is clear case of cheating customer.
