Vodafone — for not provide bill details | |||
Sir, I am a customer of vodafone company. My vodafone Mobile no. [protected] . Vodafone company did not provide me post paid bill details since a along time ago. Hense I want to the company to provide the bill details in my e-mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com .Because not provide the bill details in time, I do not pay the amount of bill in time. Due to not pay the amount of bill in time, company many time charges late fee. This is not my fault. This is the fault of vodafone company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Bill not received on time
Hi,My Name is Aadil hidayet Khan and my no. is [protected].I have not received my Jan'12 bill till the date. For that I am continues following with vodafone for my Jan'12 invoice. My billing cycle 6th every month but till date I have not received soft copy/hard copy. I have complain against this issue to vodafone three times (complain no. [protected]) but no one ready to resolve. In my organisation there is cut off date for reimbursement before 15th every month after that they will not ready to clear any bill. As per vodafone suggestion I have activate Go Green services so that they will send soft copy of my bill within 4 days after bill generate.
Now who will take responsibility to pay my Jan'12 bill.
I need you help regarding my frustration on Vodafone because they always behave like casual on any issue. .
