Bill received this month for number[protected] is very very very high. The usage is not to that extent. All fraud billing done by vodafone. I dont understand why this is been done. Charge only for the calls / messages which are actually done. This is happening since months now. They sent 1000 SMS to pay their bill but will never look into these fraud things happening in Vodafone. This is really bad. Some one called Relationship Executive will also call if all fine inspite of informing them 100 times they are least bothered. I dont have any ISD facility... Just make some STD calls thats it. To sum up I make calls for somewhere around 200 minutes a month for which my bill should be inclusive of tax and everything Rs 400 - Rs 500/- God knows how it comes to Rs 1000/- Worst billing system or manual manipulation in the bill by Vodafone.This should be really taken care o[censored]rgently or Vodafone will be in a very bad shape in the days to come. Last option to cancel all the connections thats it...............
