[Resolved] Vodafone — GPRS and customer cares irresponsible service | |||
Hi, I am a corporate Vodafone Customer from past 4 years. Number[protected]. From the past 3 month I am facing issues accessing Internet (gprs) from a particular location. This issue was communicated to the customer care team. Till date their is no resolution to the issue and the customer is kept in dark. Every time when I call the customer care to check the status on the issue a new ticket is logged. Current ticket number - [protected].
