Correct Name of Original Purchaser is proved to Vodafone company showroom at kumaran road, Tirupur as,
K.VENKATESH, Son of K.H.Krithivasan, New No.19 Old no.16 Rayapuram East Street, Tiruppur -641 601.

I had sent by Speed post the xerox copy once again to your chennai office. Please be kind enough to Rectify
the wrong entries of subscriber names as follows:
mobile no.[protected] present wrong entry:Kalaiselvan Correct entry:K.VENKATESH NOW ACTIVATED..
mobile no.[protected] present wrong entry Chellammal Correct entry:K.VENKATESH NOT YET ACTIVATED.
Please note the the due Credit of Talk time of Rs. 92 is not utilsed and it is to be added with recharge of Rs.333 and
hence total balance must beRs.425. Please credit the same and ACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY, since both simms are
in my own name and same id and photo proof is given and one number is active and another is INACTIVE Why?.
Please take immediate action.

Sir,
Thank you very much for activating one of my two mobile simms which was pending for ID & Photo proofs.
Please Activate my another mobile no.[protected] - VENKATESH - TIRUPUR - Photo and ID proof already submitted to your Tirupur Vodaphone company showroom on 1August 2012.

PleaseActivate immediately.

Note: on 5 th july when i purchase your vodaphone two simms I had shown ORIGINAL Volter ID Card and
submitted xerox copy duly signed and Photograph duly singned by me at the INCEPTION itself.
But the seller ( Your franchisee made fraud / Error and misused my documents). Hence Once again i submit
the documents directly to your company showroom. Please consider my bad experience and dissatisfaction.
