My number is [protected] and it is under Corporate plan. Since last month I have been following up to add a data plan on my account. I have called several times to your call center and they asked me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com. I had sent the email and they asked me to send an email from a registered email ID with Vodafone. My registered id preival.[protected]@gmail.com has been hacked and disabled. I was not given any information as to how to change my email ID until last week. I have been following up for about a month and they say the charges are valid and it cannot be reversed.
I have received a bill of 1749.19.!!!. When I called customer service they said no data plan was activated. I had called and even sent an email. I have been with Vodafone for more than 6 years, Why should customer suffer for the mistake committed by the company. Was this information helpful? |
