[Resolved] Vodafone — Suspended SIM Card
I have purchased a new SIM (number [protected]) of Vodafone from a retailer in my locality on 20th March 2010. I am able to use the service for approximately three days. However the service got barred and I am unable to make calls or send SMS nor receive calls.
At the time of buying the new SIM I submitted the necessary documents. Approximately after four days I got a message saying that the document I submitted was rejected/incomplete and asking me to submit afresh so that the services may be restored. I did so on 27th March 2010. However till to date the service have not been restored. I called up customer care[protected] many times as well as visit the retailer many times. But my problems have not been solved. The retailer called up an agent at [protected] who said the service will be restored but was not. I myself also called the agent up many times who told me that I will get the service back.
Please look into the matter. As per Vodafone's request I have submitted the required documents two times but still I am unable to benefit from the service. Whenever I called up Vodafone Care their replies are different each time I called up.
Please help me so that I may be able to get the service back and benefit from it.
