Vodafone Hyderabad — Balance not Credited | |||
I, Muzzamil Mohd. Shraeef having Cell No. [protected], received a message from Vodafone that if I recharged on that particular date I will receive full talk time, but now even after more than 15 days of recharge I didn't receive the remaining 7 rupees. Even I'm unable to make a call to 198. I want the Customer Service to take the necessary action asap and credit my account with the outstanding balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
