I am K. Praveen Kumar user of Vodafone bearing the number [protected](postpaid). In spite of lodging a complaint regarding itemized bill,similar problem has occurred in this month (August)bill.This number is been used to make calls only the number which has cug connection.I request you to review the bill and make necessary corrections and generate a new bill. HELLO SIR, My name is vijay kumar mobile no:[protected] this no. cug calls is not free plz solve this problem. thank you Hi this is praveen my vodafone post paid connection [protected] has been charged for the CUG calls .This is completely fraud when i am told that CUG calls are totally free how would they bill us please i request you have this problem resolved soon .

i am a vodafone user bearing the number [protected](postpaid) & [protected](postpaid) n i have a cug connection between the numbers which means there is an offer of free calling between the numbers ,but a fraud billing has been done n i got a bill of Rs.1700 for [protected]. So kindly please have a review of the bill n advice u to adjust the bill and shall allow to make calls ....

under my name. I have bought them under the CORPORATE GROUP PLAN. A fraud bill has been done .I request you to go through the bills and verify it and my calls have been barred. so review the bills and allow me to make my calls.

Hi this is praveen my postpaid connection has been billed fraudly my mobile numberis [protected] has cug connection which totally free but I am charged for cug number which is [protected] both the numbers are billedPlease take action regarding this cause this is the second month I am charged wrongly please help in resolving this issue .

Vodafone — Charged for CUG Number
This is Prasad using vodafone service. I am into corporate CUG plan, in my last month bill, I found that it has been charged for CUG numbers also. I want to know the reason why it has been charged.Every time I make a call to new number in CUG group, I am facing this problem.
