[Resolved] Vodafone — postpaid number portability application rejected | |||
My cell no is [protected]. I am using this number for past 2 years. Few months back I shifted to a new house where I am facing network issue. I had already registered complaints regarding this but the problem is still unresolved. Since Airtel has good network in that area , so I opted for it via mobile number portability.(filled a from of airtel,paid 500 rs as activation fee and 19 rs as switching charges) Now, my application for the same has been rejected by Vodafone stating that it is some special no and I have to pay Rs1000.I went to the nearest outlet(@Madhapur). I even asked for the documents for the same but the guy simply said “it is in system”. Till date, has there been no delay from my side in paying my bill .After 2 years o[censored]sing this no, suddenly I am told that mine is special no. This is really surprising . I have heard such complaints from some other people too. There was a recent interview telecasted on TV from TRAI guy regarding this special no issue. So, request you to please take up this matter .
