[Resolved] Vodafone — improper information and slow and improper response | |||
Hi, My name is ankit and vodafone number is [protected]. I had mailed customer care for the internet plans for my number. After 3 days I got a reply that the service will be activated soon. Its today after more than one week when I called up customer care, I am informed that voicemail service is activated on my number which I hadn't asked for. When I ask the customer care the guy kept on saying "let me check in my system", then replying "in my system its showing dis plan, for that you have to mail customer care again". Why should I mail again because Voda fone replies after 3 days. What kind of customer service is this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please note that the GPRS @49 service is active on your number since 27/04/12 and the voicemail service is active since 29/10/12. However, you are not charged any rentals towards the same.
