[Resolved] Vodafone In / Prepaid Mobile Service — Auto Activation Of Internet Service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam My name is Rohtash & I am using Hutch/Vodafone IN prepaid mobile service [ Mob. No.- [protected] ] since 21 Feb. 2007. On dated 3rd Aug. 2010 time 5:10 PM company activated internat service without any kind of request. Near-about two months ago my account has been deducted by Rs. 99 for net-surfing but I was using special net-surfing package named VLONE. In cricket worldcup-March 2007 cricket alerts pack. of Rs. 99 activated without any kind of request. Company provide a tollfree no. 144 for activation & deactivation but I noted many time balance deduction on this no. Was this information helpful? | |||
