Vodafone In SIM Card — ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION PROBLEM

RESPECTED SIR,
I COME HERE WITH LOTS OF HOPE.SOME ONE TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FORUM..
SIR FEW MONTHS AGO I HAD PURCHASE VODAFONE SIM CARD FOR RS:45. MY VODAFONE CONTACT NO:[protected] AND SIM NO :[protected]. THE COMPANY PROVIDING ME THE FACILITY OF LIFETIME VALIDITY.I HAD PRCHASE THE SIM FROM ALLAHPUR(ALLAHABAD, U.P.) MOBILE STORE FROM MR.SURESH.
SIR AFTER ACTIVATION DATE FEW DAYS AGO NEAR ABOUT 20-25 DAYS THE COMPANY DISACTIVATE MY NUMBER..IT GAVE ME MESSAGE:"YOUR SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE". WHEN I WENT TO MR.SURESH THEN HE SAID "MAY BE YOUR ID IS DELAYED SO PLEASE RE-SUBMIT IT AGAIN WITH PHOTO" I AGAIN RE-SUBNIT THE PHOTO BUT LATER MY NOMBER IS NOT ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS..I AGAIN WENT TO MR.SURESH TO COMPLAI9N THEN HE CONTACT A PERSON MR.ABBAS WHO WORKED IN THE COMPANY.MR.ABBAS TOLD ME THAT MY VOTER ID IS FAKE. IWAS SHOCKED THAT THE COMPANY SAID THE ORIGINAL ID AS FAKE ID. WELL NEVER MIND AGAIN MR.ABBAS TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GIVE ANOTHER ID.WHEN TODAY I WAS WENT TO MOBILE STORE AND MR.SURESH CALLED MR.ABBAS HE TOLD ME THAT YOU HAD REACHARGE WITH SOME KIND OF TARIFF VOUCHER THATS WHY YOUR FACILITY IS SUPENDED. I REPLIED HIM THAT NEITHER I HAD MADE ANY RECHARGE OF TARIFF VOUCHER NOR ANY E-TOP FROM THE DAY OF ACTIVATION.THEN LATER HE SAID THAT YOUR SIM CARD WILL BE RE-ACTIVATED AFTER THE PAYMENT OF RS:44.
I ARGUED WITH HIM BUT HE SAID ITS NOT COMPANY FAULTS ITS THE FAULT OF MOBILE STORE.BUT SIR FROM BOTH SIDE I WAS EXPLOITED MY TIME, MY PATIENCE, MY STUDIES.
SIR ANY HOW PLEASE GIVE ME TRUE AND REAL JUSTICE.AND I ALSO WANTS TO KNOW WHEN EARLIER MY NUMBER IS ACTIVATED ON WHAT BASES IT IS DISACTIVATED.
