I have very harassing experience from vodafone, I'm using postpaid number & recently activated 2G services. it was on 98rs 1 GB data free, but when i start using it without any intimation the Internet services bared. once i raised this query to vodafone customer care they said my credit limit is crossing which is 2800, therefore i have to pay 80% of credit limits amount. i was surprised for 98rs usage i have to pay 1400 which will adjusted in my bill. Instead of paying the amount i waited that till next month it will be reactivated again, but to my surprise they didn't activated my services. than i requested to stop the services also requested that if I'm not using the services it should be adjusted to my bill. i made the request for revising the bill in between my services were bared, still no response from vodafone than to activate the services i paid the 1000rs for my bill of 1163 rs. Again i made request than again i was explaining the executive ( Vidyasagar) & he said i need to go to the vodafone center. I can share the email communication for the same.
