[Resolved]  Vodafone — Incorrect Bill

My Vodafone relationship number is 1.46385892, I requested for a change in my billing plan through IVR which was supposed to be changed by next billing cycle which starts on 28th of every month (Same was confirmed to me by the customer service reps). My old billing plan had 1 GB of internet (2G) bundled in it (Rs 365 plan). To my surprise when I received my current bill there were charges of Rs 164.70 for internet usage (2G) on 27th of April whereas it should have be free. So I contacted customer service and Ratan answered the all, he said the plan (for internet) was changed on 27th itself and he advised me to contact 198 for complaints regarding bill. i called up 198 and Vikramjit Singh answered the call and he confirmed what Ratan said and asked me to stay on hold as he was going to connect me with his supervisor as the bill can only be waived off by a supervisor, he put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and disconnected the call. I again called up and Maiakal Kshetriye answered the call and said neither he nor the supervisor can do anything about it and I will have to visit Vodafone store. What the hell !!! Why should I visit your store if its your fault, I will better visit the consumer court.

Vodafone — Incorrect billing!

i agree. even when i was having the postpaid connection the hutch cheats act in the same way
my no is dissconnect since june & still they used to send the bill.

Vodafone — excess bill, incorrect info

i hv been using vodafone since last 2 yrs and hv had several cases where my bill was excess which i brought in front of customer care. this time they send me a bill for december from now itself, and when i called three customer care executives gave different answers and cut my phone, i had to threaten the 4th one to hold on, and he told me it is safety purpose. i hv been using vodafone since 2yrs with credit limit 4500. since then they hv added bills even for days when my phone was off. as i was out of station. but now i hv to waste my time with these people every month, as this is the problem every month. plz help me.
I am writing this mail with lot of disappointment and frustration.
I have been using Vodafone from past 8 years [protected] and never crossed Rs 800 in my bill.

However this time I have noticed the bill amount has crossed Rs 3000. From detailed bill I got to know that there is additional internet usage charges have been applied.
To be frank from my mobile its not possible to use such a large MB every day.

To make it clear I will pay what ever the normal charges as per my plan and I am not ready to bare any thing extra.
I would buy 3G, Wifi, Unlimited broadband from other GSM with such bill amount.

I reached customer care and corporate team but no solution I got.

If there is no solution to this then please provide portable number to switch me to other GSM network.
I tried sending msg to 1900 requesting for UPC code but have not received any code.
I am writing this mail with lot of disappointment and frustration.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have vodafone post paid connection in india. I have activatd my international roaming for Europe as currently I am in germany. I have not made any calls nor even answer any calls but still showing my usage
billing is 18000rs which is unexpected. My credit limit is only 6000rs. I do get incomming sms. I have not sent any outgoingsms nor even calls. My internet is off and GPRS isalso off. Yesterday I checked the usage
was showing worth of 18000rs and today it is showing 21000rs. I am not using any services during roming so based on what this usage is beeing increased? this is completely rediculous.

My vodafone numbr is 0091-[protected]. Could you please investigate how this charges are getting increased day
by day as I am not usin any service of vodafone on internationa roaming. My number is switch off. you can reach me on [protected]@gmail.com.mean
