[Resolved]  Vodafone (Intelenet Global Services Pvt. Ltd) — Number suspended without my permission

sir,
My name is sudesh kumar , i have previously complaint vodafone for network problem, that was not solved ,but.This is not good,
as i have complaint them about some of there agent, they have now suspended my number [protected] , without my permission,
this is the way , there company work? I dont thing so, that this is the way to irritate there customer. I want my number to
be activated. as soon as possible and want that in future, this should be not done, as well i got a sms from there company that
"hi! you just spoke to INSushma Rani_64396. we would like to know if your request has been fulfilled to your satisfaction . reply toll free with YES or NO."
But i was unable to reply this message as my service was barred it reply with "Message sending failed". kindely provide me some resolution.

i have an issue about your customer care, as your executive, are
behaving very rudely and today when i call on your customer care as on
24--DEC--2009 at 1.30 am ,they have disconnected my call, i call 3
times ,As 1st time GAURAV, put me on hold for 15 min and disconnected
my call,he asked me to stay on hold as he is raising my complain of
Network , then 2nd time SARENJEET he also put me on hold for approx 11
min. for transferring my call to senior, but there is no positive
response for me.and my call was disconnected. then i call through
1909, as my service of calling on 111 has been bard immediately, then
only i call on 1909, 3 rd time i talk to somebody (bubbly) she
directly refuses to provide me any information , as i have called on
1909, but she din't understand my problem..

In short i want solution of my issue.. as soon as possible ,as copy
of this mail is ready to be forwarded for further action.
