[Resolved] Vodafone Internet Service — Poor Postpaid Service and Wrong Billing | |||
My Vodafone Postpaid Internet Service Datacard Number is [protected]. I am using this data card sine 2009. On 4th April 2011, I Paid Rs. 5999/- at Vodafone sub-store at Howrah. At that time they confirmed me that with this Rs. 5999/- plan using the existing 2G card I will be getting Unlimited Download facility for one year. Accordingly, I paid Rs. 5999/ to avail the facility o[censored]nlimited Downloading with my existing 2G Data card. Since, 31st May 2011, I am not getting the service for which I paid. I am on roaming and my urgent work is being hampered due to this. Over and above I notice a wrong bill coming to me as SMS. Which I am not suppose to pay due to the aforesaid reason. They are sending the wrong bills. Several times I called your Customer Care at [protected] but they told me that Vodafone is having no phone facility to register complain for the Postpaid services. Now I feel it is complete wastage of my money to invest on Vodafone Datacard. They have the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
