[Resolved] Vodafone — Internet usage issue | |||
I Have activated internet plan (try pack of 500MB) on 6th May but still vodafone has charged me at their normal rate when I enquire about this they said When bill is generated you will get final amount after removing this internet usage but when this unbilled amount goes above credit limit they stopped my internet service and said that to continue using the service you have to pay at least 80% of the total unbilled amount. But Why should I pay? I simply want to use the internet till 500MB limit is reached. Why they are bringing credit limit issue in this? Vodafone should change this policy. Vodafone — Postpaid internet connection
I ported my number from airtel to vodafone postpaid 299plan. While giving connection they told I have 100mb free internet usage per month, but they have deactivated after 1month and now they are saying its valid only for one month. I have lost few hundreds in these, now am waiting for 90days completion for the number portability.Arun-Bangalore
