[Resolved] Vodafone — My mobile number is disconnected without any proper information. | |||
Sir, I perchaed a vodaphone postpaid SIM card. As my proof i submitted my PAN card.voter Identity card,compani Identity card and addresh proof given by my compani. After that they verified my compani addresh and residence addresh and my number is activeted. After one week vodaphone person called me that you are staying in compani provided house so you need to activate ECS means they can take my bill directly from my account for that one some document was required so i told i will submit on next working day. At that time form vodaphone cuctomer care there was no information that they will dasconnect my number. I have question that , At the time of connection i submitted all the documents what they asked and from their side they verified my office addresh and Residence addresh and after that they activate my number so after some time how they can ask for new condition to continue my servise. Without any proper information how they can block my number. Now i am facing problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
