Vodafone K3570z USB Stick — A poor downloading speed instead of repeated complaints

SUB-complaint about the weak network and very slow speed of
Vodafone K-3570z usb internet device
I hereby Khalid Kazi had purchased the vodafone K-3570z usb device on 28/02/2011 from e-recharge point store in zee shopping mall nirala bazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra with IMEI number-[protected] and the complaint was given to vodafone store niralabazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra on device mobile number of [protected] and they have given me the complaint no-[protected], for extreme poor network with an extreme poor speed of 1 to 2 kbps which is null (poorest than the poor) and they told me that the vodafone engieneer will come and solve your problem but the date till today in have not recieve any feedback from you, your customer care executive had told, that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but it is not solved in 2 months also, and I am unsatisfied with the service provided by vodafone store on this issue, otherwise take the device return and refund my money back, this issue is unsolved.

vodafone e-stick — bad speed

i bought a new vodafone internet device rs 17 hundred from the mobile store sales boy told me its the best product but when i used it its bad and no good service.i have asked about the problem.they didn't satifiy me.product s/n[protected] ans sim no [protected].
IAM VAMSI. I ALSO BOUGHT VODAFONE USB STICK.THERE IS A VODAFONE TOWER IN MY VILLAGE.BUT, STILL MY VODAFONE USB STICK IS NOT SHOWING FULL SIGNAL .IT WAS WORSE THAN WORSE.IAM FEELING VERY SAD.IAM TOO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AS KASHIF KAZI.IAM FROM JAGANADHAPURAM, TADEPALLIGUDEM, ANDHRAPRADESH.CALL ME [protected]
I am Satya from Delhi. I am facing the same problem that Kazi is facing. Probably Vodafone is only interested in making money without paying quality service. Vodafone finds frivolous reasons to escape from its duty. The only option left is to approach the consumer forum. Before doing that plz call National Consumer Helpline-[protected] (toll free for MTNL and BSNL)
