[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Sucks | |||
Hi, I'm Rakesh.S and I'm an existing Vodafone subscriber. I have 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. The issue is regarding [protected]. I had received an SMS in the month of May 2nd stating that "If you use 260 rupees within 10th of may, you'll be getting 10% off on your may total bill, excluding roaming charges and service tax ". I didn't get a discount and when I contacted the CS they informed that I'll be getting a discount in the month of June Bill. Then also I did not receive the discount so some CSR took a request and they issued only 26/- Rs discount, but my May total bill was around 959/- Rs. Daily I used to check with CSR's they used to give one or the other reason . But when you people informed that you can issue remaining 65rs then why should I use this Sim card. When you people send some SMS please follow that thing we can't always keep the SMS until you issue the refund. I think this should be considered as a fraud and should complain to any of the concerned local government. I have given a request for sim Cancellation and you people said it will take 7 days to DCT and you have barred the service. Today morning I contacted CSR regarding the CT issue they Floor Supervisor *** Anusha*** she gave me a worst service I had never faced with any of the CSR. I have been charged for CT 15rs and I asked why the song is not yet activated, her response was "What I can do on this and this is the way we do services". Really if you keep a very rude CS means I'm sure that Vodafone will close their business. What a worst Customer Service you people have. This email is just to inform you people that I'll not be paying any of the amount . This type of service is very horrible and I'll update this type of service in my facebook and all the social networking that never and ever use WORST VODAFONE SERVICE. You can check all the request numbers mentioned below: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I hope THE TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA will check on this and will stop this types of services and please let me know hoe to go legally with Vodafone on this.
