Vodafone — Extra bill charges
Dear Sir, this is for your information and collective actions , these are the mails which i send to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com several times. But still there is no positive responseRelationship number- 1.10386833, Cell No. [protected]
I have received a courier today (20.03.12) for payment reminder Ref No. PRL/MAR11/BAL/20/CSC) dated 13th march 2012, but i am surprised that Although I am continuously chasing your executives for my issue pending with you, which is described below , I have not received any satisfactory reply from your side till now, and you have also discontinued my outgoing call services in spite I am your privilege customer until you will not resolve my said issue , I am unable to deposit such a high amount which is unpredictable and unacceptable

I am a user of vodafone from last several years.
Though I am using your services from quite long time and have not explored much details about my billing details. But surprisingly my mobile bill for the month of Jan 2012 has been issued for 10377 which is quite shocking. I have tried to get the bill usage details through my vodafone account number but was failed to get. Thereafter I spoke to your customer care executive regarding this issue and I have been informed that an additional service of Rs. 6800/- has been activated on my mobile by vodafone. I have never applied for any such services on my number and how vodafone can activate such a costly service that too without prior notifying me.
Earlier also I have found my bill amount was increasing month by month but I have never complained about that, but this time I am very dissapointed with vodafone. I usually heard from my near ones about such services are being activated from vodafone just to increase the postpaid bill, but was not aware that next victom of vodafone will be me only.
Therefore, I request you to kindly remove this un-necessary charges impossed on me by vodafone with immediate effect and re-issue a fresh bill for the month of January 2012. If re-issueing is not possible then give me waiver code for the same and let me know the balance amount for my bill to be deposited.
Your early action in this regard is requested.
Vodafone — Unwarranted change of Monthly plan and Enhancing of billing
I Had and internet connection from Vodafone net, for which have plan for which the bill was 217 per month including all taxes vide sim number[protected]. the net is disturbed from last three months and various complaints was done. In return they( customer care) always insisted change in computer programms . at may times it was done so. but after all there was no result and net still does not work.After feb 06 they changed the billing pattern unnamiously, and the billing was enhanced to rs 2703 /month. How ever on 07 Mar 2012 i was assured the reduction is this bill and settling of the un warranted amount. But to my surprise the very next day i received the enhance amount bill.
On 17 Mar 2012 I submitted application for closure of connection with all relevant papers to Vodafone store ,92 Nav Yug market , Ghaziabad, but There is not result yet.

Vodafone — misbehaviour with me from the manager of gallery
Dear Sir,I am Raju Shetty your vodafone post paid card user since long time my vodafone mobile no. is [protected].
I am paying my billing transaction with the help of credit card i.e. state bank's credit card but due to some problem I want to change the credit card payment from State Bank of India to Axis Bank. That’s why I was visited to your Vodafone Store Gallery at New Panvel sector 10.
Where your manager Mr. Manoj make mis-behavior with me regarding may complaint which I mention above. With the manager there have 3 people which is work there but they also don’t gave any attention to their customer.
The manager told me that you are new user, I am the your not a new user I am using your services since long time. But your Manager makes mis behavior with me.
The customer are coming to your vodafone gallery for solving their problem or complaints, don’t make any disputes with your manager of vodafone gallery.
I requested you please take streak action on these people which don’t take any attention towards the customer and there complaints or request.

Vodafone — No Resolution For Issue
I have activated the BlackBerry Service for my Vodafone number two months ago. The reason for activation of service was specifically to use the internet connection by connecting by BlackBerry phone to the lap top. I have been trying to contact vodafone to get the relevant setting for the laptop and use this service. The frustration and harrasment level has gone to the level that last night when i contacted the vodafone customer care for the settings they constantly kept asking me to contact same numbers again and again and kept providing different informartion. Finally one representative kept me on hold for 1 hours without coming back to be. Taking into account that I was paying for the call it was really frustrating to be treated the way I was and not getting a resolution to the issue i was facing. I would like to know if there was a way to get this resolved and be compensated for the harresment I had to go through Dear, Sir

Vodafone — Misleading by customer care executive.
Dear Sir.This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional and uncouth behaviour of mobile telephone service provider.
I wish to port my existing Vodafone number to another service provider. After having sent multiple porting request messages on 1900, Message content: ( PORT [protected]) i waited for many hours however did not receive message receipt confirmation neither the code.
When i contacted the customer care executive, I was treated in the most unprofessional and uncouth manner. The executive , Mr. Jagjit Singh , kept on repeating the same message: KINDLY SEND MESSAGE TO 1900.
Upon explaining the problem to him in detail not once but many times , that i was unable to receive a acknowledgement of my porting request message, he finally put me on a long hold.
Once he returned, he asked me which other service provider i wish to port to and why.
Upon informing him of same he asked me to visit the new service provider and ask them to solve my problem. Moreover he put me on indefinite hold with the promise of transferring my call to the nodal officer.
Kindly advise what course of action I should take to get rid of Vodafone.
