Vodafone — NO PLAN CHANGE

Hi
My name is Sudeep. This is about how VODAFONE Cheated me and giving me mental hazardness. I took a Vodafone connection [protected] from their Outlet in Ottapalam, Kerala. Where as the Manager Mr Ranjit said the tarriff is about 599 rs Rental and I will be having 600rs talk time in that. I told him clearly in the beginning that i have enough roaming travel. I got a bill of 2200 Odd and I paid it on[protected]. That day itself I told Mr Ranjit that I am shifting my job to Tamilnadu and hence I need to stop the service.
Ranjit said that connection cant withdrawn before three months hence said to try a basic plan. Hence I agreed and infront of me he talked to someone on phone said My plan is changed to 99 rs monthly rental. I aslo told him to stop the SMS and Dialer tone applications. After that I shift my job to another state . till today I am getting the monthly bill in the scheme of 599+ with SMS 99+ Dialor tone Charge 30, It has reached 2000 Rs now. I start receiving their legal letters.
Hence I went to the Vodafone office again and spoke to the front office lady and said politely wht is the issues. The front office lady said to me she will correct the tarriff and get back to me ASAP as Mr Ranjit was gone to SHABARIMALA. I tried calling Mr Ranjit again n again but he dont pick the call or either gives it to some one else.
I need a solution to this. I am ready to pay for which I use, but I am not ready to pay on that rental which is not acceptable because of their negligence.
I cant even go to my home just because of the questions I am facing from my home. A great mental pressure they are giving to me.
Need to act soon. Do the needful.

Vodafone Fixed Line — no itemized billing anymore but charges much to high

Since November 2010 we are trieing so hard to get a iteamized bill again as we did in the past. After been to the head office in Takoradi about 50 times and talking to serverl people we juft got empty promises and were hearing always the same excuses...we are wokrin gon it, we have changed the sytem, its not that easy, we are trying....

it is so unbelievable, but it isnt the only pronlem they have i can tell!

WE should be cahrges for international calls, that we didnt have and don´t get any itemaized proofs.

Who knows how to go on, because if we not pay than the cut of the business lines!!

Vodafone — Migration from Postpaid to Prepaid connection

Sir, I have Postpaid connection of vodafone No.[protected]. I have applied for migration of postpaid to prepaid about two months back and the required documents given at vodafone store at rednam gardens, Visakhapatnam . I was asked to attend on 14th of the next month on which the bill generates and assured that after paying the bill,it will be deactivated within a week.Accordingly, I have attended the store and paid the total outstanding amount.Surprisingly, it was not deactivated evenafter 15 days.I have again attended the store today and while asking about the matter, they have simply told that it may take another week but no assurance given.Now I am not using the postpaid since 14th FEB.I cannot understand how much time it willbe take and how many times I have to attend suspending all my works. May I know whether I am liable to pay the monthly rent for postpaid connection for non providing required customer service.

DEAR ALL,
I HAVE DISCONNECTED MY VODAFONE INTERNET SERVICE(DATA CARD) 8-9MONTH AGO. I HAVE DISCONNECTED IT FROM THEIR OFFICE(SALT LAKE) AND THEY TOLD THAT YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
BUT TILL NOW I AM GETTING BILLS FOR INTERNET SERVICES WHICH I STOPPED 8-9 MONTH BEFORE.
THEY ARE ALSO TELLING ME THEY WILL TAKE ACTION IF I DO NOT PAY IT,

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO AGAINST THIS....
