[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deduction of Balance illegally

I am a vodafone customer.My mob no is [protected].Actually I don't activate any types of vodafone competition pack.But from my cell balance was deducted of rs 5 rupee & activate automatically voda competition pack.I called to customer care but they told me that I called to 5670330 & activate it but I didn't call to that no.Then I deactivate it but I couldn't get balance back...
