[Resolved]  Vodafone — Harassment for migration

This is another Harassment - a real story of Vodafone, Kolkata on whom millions of innocent customer relies:
The story begins on 6th June'2011 when my staff (representative) Mr. Ayan Banerjee meet Mr. Jayjit at Park Street Voda Store
Mr. Banerjee submitted one letter wrote by me on company letter head requesting to stop CUG and change the each No. in Pre-paid connection, Mr. Joyjit suggested him not to submit hard copy better make an email to customer care and get sanctioned - it is not only easier but faster too. According to his suggestion one e-mail application sent through to <vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com> Cc: corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 7 June, 2011 at 2:37 PM.

On 13 June, 2011 at 3:31 PM got an reply from Sejuti Mazumdar through <Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com> the received email are as follows :
Dear Mr. Bhattacharya, Greetings from Vodafone!
Thank you for your email dated 07 June 2011 with regard to the Vodafone mobile number. We would request you to kindly visit the nearest Vodafone Store for the process of migration of your post-paid account into a prepaid one. In this regard you are requested to submit the following documents:
A Proof of Identity (POI) and a Proof of Address (POA) and one passport size self attested photograph.
Prepaid Application Form to be filed up.
Please carry the original copy of both Proof of Identity (POI) and a Proof of Address (POA).
Kindly also be informed that in order to process the aforementioned migration, complete clearance of the billed and unbilled usage in the account is required.

On 15 June, 2011 (Wednesday)
My representative went with all above mentioned documents with photo and meet Mr. Suman Rudra customer care executive - Girish Park Vodafone Store. He refuses to accept the applications due to non availability of email copy of Vodafone and our applied mail copy.

On 16 June, 2011 ( Thursday)
Meet Mr. Joyjit / Samomoy- customer care executive - Park Street Vodafone Store. Again refused to accept the applications - the reasons was : No original hard copy of application on company letter head - stamped and signed, but agrees to accept the mail copy of vodafone.

Now being and decade old faithful customer of " VODAFONE" let me know why the style of harassment towards the customer changing each days:
Example : Mr. Joyjit - customer care executive - Park Street Vodafone Store on 7th suggested not to apply thro. hard copy and finally the same persons on 16 June, not accepting our corresponding letter and your acceptance email copy as valid documents of migration?
Finally I would also like to request you to stop advertise SAVE PAPER - SAVE TREES ………………. since your company does not believe it with hart - it is a mere ornamental jokes.

Vodafone Prepaid — executives harashment

dear sir
this is srinivas from guntur sir i using vodafone no [protected] last 5years i have face problem to vodafone company at[protected]. 16.18hrs i got a massage to the vodafone u have succesfully changed ur song then i shocked i make a call to customer care then executive speak with me in told my problem to him then hetold me u got a call to us then u choose the song then i asked him seriously he cut of my call once again i call then another one on line he also told me the same and do the same then i got angry and i seriously asked them several times they are also herras me ok i stapped to make calls to them after 5hrs i make a call to my friend then my call rates is changed to 1.00rs my previous rates is 1/2paise per second i shocked i make a call customer care executive on line itold my problem to him he asked me u make calls to us today evening i told yes i make calls then the executive told me that is the cause to change the rates u talked to executives seriously because we give u the panishment to u and he cut off my phone. please give me sugession sir please help me sir
