[Resolved] Vodafone — balance deduction enquiry in not available

Sir,My name is Alok Tiwari.My cell no. is [protected].After calling I saw my balance which was deducted more.I dialed *111# for inquiry but that is not enough to understand.There is no customer care number to inquire my balance deduction reasons,I mean there is no number to contact customer representative.please help me .
