[Resolved] Vodafone — Less amount credited in account | |||
I am a user of Vodafone Prepaid connection since last 4 years. But since last 1 year I am finding lot of difficulties to maintain the service of Vodafone. Today I have recharged my no. with Rs. 555pe 600 and the customer care executive also confirmed that Rs. 555/- has been credited in my a/c instantly & rest Rs. 45/- will get credited by next 4 hours. But after crossing 5 hours, still I have not received Rs. 45/- in my account. & now they are saying that I will not get this amount. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
