[Resolved] Vodafone Ltd. — CHARGES LEVIED FOR CALL NOT DONE BY US | |||
Sir, I am having mobile no. [protected]. I have been using the said no. for years. I have very few relatives abroad and most of the time they only call and rarely I do call for very brief time. Infact they only call us back. The relatives/friend/contacts are only in Canada, Dubai, Abu Dhabi & few in the the US but not in the country called Belarus. But, surprisingly, Vodafone billed me to talk someone for as long as 112 minutes to someone at that place. I have already email twice, but got stereotyped reply that I need to pay the bill of 1887.65 for the said hoax call of 112 mts.??? Now, I have wrote my last email to their nodal officer as text below; I have my strong grievances against your handling the case in which I categorically deny having called to the no. at Belarus...!!!! Its not the matter of money but it is matter of principal. When with such confidence I reiterate that I do not have any person there nor I am aware or heard of such country on the world map..any time before. I have also put convincingly that I have never ever talked to any one even withing Mumbai in such length of 112 minutes and also want to check my any international call right from the inception. You will get an answer in negation... But I have to state with great regret that instead of looking the matter very seriously, you have resort to give me stereotyped reply one after the other!! I also request you to find out the contact person in Belarus through your tie up with network provider there and find out from them if he/she ever talk to me/us or even know me or any of our friend or relative even by name!!! You will get answer in negation. I also want to investigate my fear of any terrorism mis act through some program software. As my son, being software engineer, passed through such experience in the past with BPL network and they waived the entire amount under dispute. I want thorough investigation report from you, on the strength of that I may lodge police complaint against culprit rather keep on pressing for the balance amount and threatening to disconnect the line. It is absurd that instead of stressing on solving customer grievances, you resort more to the payment of balance amount!!!!!!! Instead to go into deep in the matter concerning not only your customers but also you as network provider!!!!!!!!!
