Hello Sir, I am customer of Voda Phone under number [protected]. Last month i activated services of gprs on mobile under Recharge pack 58/- for 2 Gb Net surffing for one month. After 15 day using this service i tried to check the balance of data left for surffing, so i called the Voda Phone Customer Care regarding how much data i have left after completion of 15 days o[censored]sing these service, but the Customer Care person reply that they done have any mean to check the balance of data left for surffed and they suggested that we can rely on our mobile data counter for the balance. But after some day during suffing they deduced my 150/- from balance and made my balance - 81/- . When i talked to Voda Phone Customer Care regarding this they replied that you have exceeded the limit of data sufffnig so the amount 150/- has been deducted. It is very sorry to say that this really a wrong way to deduct our amount, even then i am sure that i have exceeded the limit of data surfing because i am from IT site a have better idea of net i have surfed but due lack of any information i have no evidence to prove this. So Kindly help me in this regard because this can happens with many other also Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

length of their valuable services for over 1 year or so. And never had any
probs with their customer care department. However, it all started with my GPRS subscription which was disgusting. At times, I thought R THEY REALLY HAPPY TO HELP?
I have subscribed GPRS connection (VMC 250). I use to surf mail through my
handset (Nokia E51) regularly. But then I noticed that I am unable to
connect my laptop to the device.
Naturally I contacted the customer care number (111). An executive attended my call and asked me to call 4777 for further assistance. Then, I dialed 4777. And the person who answered my call gathered my landline and mobile number to revert back for assistance.
After half an hour: I recieved a call from [protected] on my cell inquiring the same.
The person (who didn't reveal his identity) was talking in a rude tone. When
I differed and reminded him for specific assistance; he just hung the phone
with a blabber.
This is the height of customer service. I have high regard towards this organisation. Nevertheless, this kind of incidents raise a doubt at this moment.
This is reported to their Nodal Officer as Grievances. STILL NO RESPONSE. Finally, I had to revoke their GPRS services and had to take IDEA Net-setter.
