Vodafone — Without intimation deactivated my mobile number [protected] - BPL SIM Card

Dear All,

Till now i didn’t received any complaint number from Vodafone service provider, last 9years i am BPL and hutch customer, i am using 5 mobile numbers for my family through BPL, Hutch and Vodafone SIM`s. Now suddenly without intimation one of my mobile number [protected] deactivated. My balance amount also lost. There is no proper reason from customer care and nodal office. Kindly refer the below mail communication which i was sent to vodafone service provider.

I have disuccessed with customer care today monring at 8:30AM from
[protected], they said this number is a post paid number instead of my
pre-paid. they dont have any updation on this regards why this number
was deactivated.

Vodafone — SIM Deactivated without intimation

I've been using vodafone SIM since more than 4yrs. now. But vodafone has deactivated my number since last 6 days stating the reason that I'm using this for tele-marketing purpose, whereas I've never used this for any kind of tele-marketing (?). I'm into networking business wherein I don't need to call people, instead the interested people contact me on my number through my ads in newspaper or thru flyers.

I visited the nearest vodafone store in Vashi who said that I was intimated regarding the disconnection thru a letter sent by courier on 22nd May. But I've not received any letter from them. I asked them to show me the POD (proof of delivery) which they are unable to produce. Also they said that I need to pay Rs.299/- to re-activate the SIM.

Kindly advice.

Hi, I am Amit,My VODAFONE SIM ([protected])is Blocked,i submit all documents,in My SIM 70/- balance is there,I gone to the Customer care ,they said that,we r not giving ur money.but i invested in that,so please take some action....
