I have been using vodafone no [protected] for past 3 years. All these 3 years vodafone has troubled me a lot. I had bought campus pack. Without any notice my campus pack was converted to normal card. One particular day they even stopped my no saying me that this no has been given to someone else. And I hav to buy a new no. After complaining to senior department I got my same no. Now with the introduction of mobile no portability I have decided to move to airtel because retaining the no is o[censored]tmost importance to me. I fillef mnp form in airtel after getting code from vodafone. Today morning I get msg frm vodafone that I cannot port because vodafone has given me some free minutes and the reason they cited was contractual obligitatoons. Firstly I never asked for free minutes. Now when I called helpline around 8 times they have been just transferring my calls without any assistamce. Requesting you to please look into the matter at earliest. Thanks. Maroof fajandar
