Deduction of balance.
Sir,

My Mobile number :[protected]
Vodafone mobile service provider activated unwanted VF26 and SPL30 services without my request and without prior intimation on may 23 2011 deducting account balance and charging Rs.1 per minute where I had activated 1 Paisa/sec. I called the customer care people on 23 & 24 may 2011. They are not responding me properly. This is really ridiculous. I am not interested in any service and still provider enforcing the services.
Vodafone should credit the deducted amount to my balance amount since it is their fault.

i would like to complaint the above matter .

Last month july 08 I( accidentely) activated the SPORTS COMBO scheme.
My balance went to negative figure as -94 rs. I dont think this method is fair as i only have a prepaid account not a post paid connection to raise my balance to their wish is really worst. They should have warned about my less balance before activation like they do for calling and messaging servces.
secondly i like to have the control over my number, not the service provider.
Finally this service doesn't seem to worth 99rs per month, as most of the time the displayed message goes off before seeing it.

To my surprise when i called to the customer care, they told it is possible to deactivate after recharging to get positive balance.
Atleast one was solved, still negative balance should be considered.
I thank vodafone for deactivating and reliving from the headach of paying 100 bux each month.

I m vodaphone subscriber and i have paid bill for both numbers([protected],[protected]) on 15.03.2010 in pune at hadapsar by pickup (that means there person has come to my place to issue bill amt) but that person eneterd wrong amt for both number like i paid him 2500 total amount for two number and inform him that please eneterd right amt in system and he promised me for same, he was suppose to enterd 500 to [protected] number and 2000 for another number [protected] but he enetered in system 300rs more to [protected] and less to [protected] number and now i m getting 3 calls per day for not paying my outstanding amount and they have started IVR on my [protected] number to pay your outstanding amount where i have paid total amt for both number, when i tried to contact there customer care they were very rude with me. and i have my receipt with me so please tell me what action do i need to take as it is high time.

The same happened with me too. Yesterday, a fellow came and changed my SIM card and took signature on a form. Today I see a monthly deduct of 26 Rs VF 26. It is pure cheating. I will sue vodafone to court. I think, this is done to generate some money.

It doesn't matter for me, even if I spend 5000/- for legal proceedings, but I am not going to leave vodafone for this.

This is with reference to prepaid mobile number [protected].I had got a recharge of 450 on sunday, 14th october 2012 after hearing the best full talktime offer on IVR by calling "121". The IVR suggested a recharge of 450 wherein I will get a talktime of 500. I immediately got it done,but to my surprise, I got only the amount after deducting the service tax and the processing fees, as is the case with normal recharges. I haven't got any extra talktime as yet. First I called up the customer care number as soon as I realised that I didn't get the talktime as promised. I called up around 4hrs after getting the recharge done,as I am aware that there could be technical delay in crediting my number with extra talktime. But the customer care executive told me that the amount maybe credited within 24hrs of the recharge as is the policy,and he can't lodge a complaint until and unless there is a gap of 24hrs after getting the recharge.The next day, I called up again, only to get the answer that I need to visit the Vodafone store for this purpose, which was never intimated or suggested to me on my first call. I don't have any evidence to prove to the officials there, that I was having such a scheme and only after hearing that scheme on the IVR, I got the recharge done.
2 months back, I lost my phone and I again had to visit the vodafone store to get a duplicate sim. I live in Mayur Vihar and the vodafone mini-store executive said that there is a shortage of Sim of that series and they can't help me in this regard.
I want to know why I was forced to visit the vodafone store to get a duplicate sim though the vodafone mini store was under the obligation and was responsible for giving me a duplicate sim.
Moreover, I demand an explanation as to why the postpaid customers are given an advantage over prepaid customers in the sense that the mandatory requirement of a report from the police station for lost/stolen mobile is relaxed for them and they get the sim delivered at their home as well !
Moreover, I want an action against the abysmal service and very slow service as well as un cooperative behaviour of the staff and the owner at Vodafone mini store("Singh Store") located at mayur vihar Phase-1,New Delhi-110091.
I want an urgent redressal of my complaint, as well as the reasons for unfair trade practices being followed by your company, failing which I shall be forced to move the TRAI with my complaint.

did u get response. Vodafone normally does it. Takes subscribers for a ride. and will choke you.. c-care is not customer-care, it cruelty-care where they will put u into severe torture.
