[Resolved]  Vodafone — Misguided on regular basis for tariff plan

Complain on my Vodafone Cell No [protected]

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject for my cell No [protected]; please note; Today 1.7.13, I was misguided by your person, while I call to your help line no 198 and ask for current recharge for 1.2p/second. He told me that by doing recharge of Rs. 82.00; I will get 1.2p/ sec on Local & STD. he told me that he will send me SMS for the same offer. Meanwhile I did Rs. 82.00 recharge, But received SMS was uncompleted so I reconfirm on 198 again. another person surprisingly told that there is no such offer.

By doing recharge of Rs. 82.00; I get local 1.2p/ sec and 2p/ sec STD. I ask to put me to Nodal Officer he again refuses to do so; even he is not ready to give me email ID of your customer care.

This is second time during six month with me that your persons are not so sound to guide (See Below Email). I am also afraid, that my talking plan may be changed and you are requested to transfer my money back and also look at the matter that my talking plan will not affected.

Your immediate action and reply in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Vodafone — Tariff PLan

Respected Sir/Mam,

I have been using Vodafone (earlier Hutch/Essar) as my cellular service provider for about 8 years now and with all respects to the company I am very satisfied with the services offered by them on both my no.s of Vodafone except for a little glitch.

My no. with the problem- +91 [protected] | (other no. [protected])

The Tariff Plans on both the no.s are the same Lifetime Plans. The problem I face is with regards to the monthly fixed CLIP charges, whereby Rs. 49 as CLIP charges are levied to this no. of mine, despite the claim it wouldn't be. The difference has been in the timing of the activation of the plan, whereas the Lifetime Plan was activated on [protected] last year and on the no. with the problem- [protected], earlier this year, both at the time of termination of previous Advance Rental Plans respectively.

At the time of the termination of the plan on [protected], I kept getting calls for the renewal and was assured that if I were to visit the Vodafone store- for the activation, i.e , I'll be given the exact same plan on this no. as well- which clearly hasn't been the case.

I have no other problems with the Company's working and service provision and would just want the issue to be sorted with an end to the CLIP charges being waived on [protected] as monthly fixed charges for lifetime (as offered on my other no. with the same Lifetime plan) as well.

Vodafone — misguided me

This is to inform that i have been misguided by vodafone agent who came to my place few days back and offered me a vodafone number by giving many schemes ,i accepted it because they were providing me a favourable number that is [protected] and as a security they charged me Rs 250 . when the number started working which they provided me is another number i.e [protected] ,instead of that number which they offered me they gave me the different number which is dislike by me ,and when i went to the vodafone office for the complaint they rejected to refund my security i want you to look on the matter kindly take the strict action action against them.. Vodafone — tariff cannot working

Dear sir
i recharge 109 rs recharge for 50 paisa all call ,.
but tarrif cannot activate . after discussion with customer care they give complain id severeal time but complain cannot resolve. after one month they told forfurther recharge . i do it and the same problem arise again . i fruste with vodafone service for 2month but my complain cannot resolve always they give complain id - [protected]

Thanks for Vodafone service. Earlier I was in the postpaid scheme. I migrated from Post paid to prepaid plan. At the time of migration, I enquired the benefit of prepaid plans. Your Vodafone store executive has told me that this plan is available at the rate of 0.50 paise (V2 any mobiles) & 0.90 paise (V 2 landline).

This plan is currently moving @ the call rate of 0.50 paise (V 2 V), 0.60 paise (V 2 any mobile) & 0.90 paise (V 2 Landline).

I enquired the customer care service for regarding doubt clarification. They replied that your plan is in “per second billing”. After then, I approached to Vodafone store- Adyar branch. They replied that your plan is in “per minute billing”.

Whenever I made the call to some one, Vodafone service has deducted 0.50 paise (V 2 V), 0.60 paise (V 2 any mobile) & 0.90 paise (V 2 Landline). Can I let me know, what the reason behind this is?

Presently I have three Vodafone numbers ([protected], [protected] & [protected]). All the 3 numbers which are facing the issue which I was mentioned earlier. Please ensure for further clarification regarding this issue contact me @ [protected] . I solicit your Co-operation.

I already complaint for March 13th ,18th & 1 st April 2011,but till date no reply from your customer care, this is Fourth time complaint.
