Misguiding and not taking any action
get a call back from Vodafone complaint dept within 3 days,i tell him about what vodafone customer care executive said and the complaint dept executive disconnects..
2) I didn't get any call regarding what solution has been done.
3) I write again 3 times but the complaint is closed on checking on my Vodafone status, without any action 3 times
4) Then i call Vodafone customer-care dept talk to the executive tell him my complaint ,he tells me that there is an error from Vodafone’s end and the extra charge will be reversed and i will be getting 1GB free with 1 GB ,Here are details of that call with the executive Name of exec- I don’t know , call time and date- 3:12 and16/02/2013
6)Then i called from appellate dept telling me we are sorry but you haven’t been charged anything extra and you will be given 1gb only with rs 250 plan now what do i do with the executives tell me that ? how do i trust them the information they are providing is not false, rs 130 extra is not a big amount, But what if i would have used thinking i have 1gb free (then as per extra charges my bill would have been 1024x2=2048 rs) i wouldn't have been able to pay that amount just because your customer care executives misguided me...

Vodafone — RE: mislead the customer

Hi attendee,

I had opted for Blackberry services and when I was supposed to go out of country, I called the customer care and was given a mis-leading information about the data usage which resulted in a huge bill amount.

I called the customer service again when I got back to India and they accepted their fault but do not want to do a refund.


I would appreciate if you could look into this and get me a resolution.

Vodafone — Misled By customer Care

Hi,

I called up Vodafone customer care this morning at 7:40 AM to get information regarding vodafone Mobile Connect. The person who attended me clearly mentioned me that neither there is any activation charges nor monthly rental for the activation. But when I send the message they deducted 199 rupees from my account as monthly rental. I was mislead by this customer care guy. Later when I called them they clearly refused this thing and when I asked for a call transfer to the supervisors I was always put on hold for few minutes and then disconnected. I tried talking to them many times but no response from there side. They also lodged a compliant, telling me that the senior person will contact me in 2 hrs, but till now I haven't received any call from them. The Compliant no is [protected]. So this clearly makes me in a situation to lodge a complain against them. Keeping due faith in the system I want your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I HAVE DONE RECHARGE OF MY VODAFONE NO. FOR RS.147. THE COMPNAY'S HELP LINE NO.888 WS GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN GET FULL BALANCE ON RECHARGE ON RS.147.WITH 7 DAYS VALIDITY.THIS BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR CORE 2 ACCOUNT.ON RECHARGE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THIS IS A NEW FACILITY OF THE CO. MY POINT IS THAT CO.;S OFFER ON 888 IS NOT SPACIFYING THAT THIS IS NOT A CARRY OVER VALIDITY. NORAMALLY COMPANY IS GIVING BALANCE WITH ZERO DAYS VALIDITY. THIS MEANS IF ONE CAN NOT USE THE BALANCE, IT WILL STAY TILL THE VALIDITY OF THE CARD. THAT OFFER IS ALSO NOT SPECIFYING THAT IT IS NOT CARRY OVER VALIDITY. SO HOW CAN ONE COME TO KNOW THAT WHETHER RECHARGE OF RS. 147 IS WITH CARRY OVER VALIDITY OR NOT. I PRESUMED THAT IT IS A CARRY OVER VALIDITY

FURTHER COMPANY HAS NOT INFORMED ME ABOUT THE NEW FACILITY LIKE CORE 2 ACCOUNT. PREVIOUSLY,888 WAS THE NUMBER TO KNOW THE BEST OFFER FOR YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR USAGE. HOWEVER COMPANY HAS SUDDENLY CHANGED THEIR POLICY AND NOW I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR CORE 2 ACCOUNT FACILITY ONLY. THIS CHANGE HAS ALSO NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED BY THE COMPANY TO ME. NOW FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE NORMAL OFFERS, YOU CAN KNOW THE SAME FROM THE NO. 1243.

MY POINT IS THAT CO. IS NOT COMMUNICATING TANY CHANGES TO ITS CUSTOMERS. AND THE OFFER ON 888 IS NOT SPECIFYNG THAT IT IS NOT AN OFFER WITH CARRY OVER VALIDITY. SO AS A LEHMEN I ASSUME THAT IT IS LIKE ALL OTHER FACILITIES OF THE CO.

Vodafone — Misleading

This is very bad things one by one you are refusing the terms told by VODAFONE and THEIR rep to me. I am listing the following what VODAFONE and THEIR rep committed to me while giving sim card and filling up forms

1. Activation Charges will be waved off
2. Deposite Charges will be waved off
3. Credit limit will be as you desire on each number

Your refusal is about 66% after singing all the documents which is not acceptable to me. Please make sure that this type of activity by the company stop and consumer should have fair deal
