[Resolved] Vodafone — miss use my money & ID proofs | |||
Dear Sir/mam, Am A.Sorimuthu. am working with the MNC. my mobilee no is [protected]. More than 4 years i have this vodafone no. but last seven months vodafone people play with money. ie first they take Rs900 & above for GPRS use. But am not used GPRS. but i pay that money after that i give the request for change my no from post paid to pre paid. But that also neglected. after a continues request after 3 months they change the plan. but that time i submit my photo & ID proof . they ask one more proof & told otherwise we discontinue the service. so i give the new one & lot of time i ask that proofs.. but till i didn't get.. i have a fear " they used my proof for taking new sim?" Now why i send this mail... Today i recharged my mobile through online banking (AXIS BANK). Rs. 35. They activated the STD or ISD pack with out my confirmation. so kindly cancel this & give the ordinary balance at the earlist. Their nodel officer is alwys busy or not reachable mode..
