[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile Excess billing | |||
Mobile No: [protected] I've been charged an anonymous amount of Rs.15 towards animation download in my bill for the month of July'13. Despite repeated mails, i am still not able to get an concrete reason as to why i was charged for the same. I've not used any WAP downloads or Vodafone live and dont have the necessity to do it either. No changes in the bill have been made. Vodafone, Mobile company — Vodafone Billing Complaint
Sir,I was using Vodafone cell no. [protected], I deactivate this Vodafone no. on 6th july,2011. at the same i paid all remaining payment Transaction ID : CH[protected]. eventhough i have complitate all procedure regarding diactivate above cell no. the Vodafone company countinuasly sending me every month's bill adding monthly charges.
By such a activity of company i am mentaly harest, so i request you pls. give ,me Justis & oblige.
