Vodafone Mobile - Postpaid Connection — Vodafone Mobile Billing Issue

I would like to register a complaint on the Vodafone mobile billing. My mobile number is [protected].

Earlier, I was using Nokia XpressMusic and I have activated Rs. 99 unlimited Vodafone Live service. Recently, I purchased an Android mobile anddownloaded few applications from Android market. In the recent bill cycle, I received the bill amount of Rs. 22133. When checked with the customer care, I was informed that I was using Vodafone Connect instead of Vodafone Live and because of which I received the amount. Also, I was informed that Vodafone Live will not work in my new Android mobile. But, I didn't activate Vodafone Connect for my mobile number and when questioned about that I was informed that it was activated by default. Also, my credit limit is Rs. 1900 and I didn't get any notification of crossing the limit and my usage was not even barred, which would have triggered me that something is wrong. When I questioned this, I didn't get proper response. My monthly bill usually comes between Rs. 250 - Rs. 300 and now I am shocked on seeing Rs. 22133.

I have already registered a complaint with Vodafone and the service registration nos. are [protected], [protected]. Please help.

After I was requested to send an email to vodafonecare.chn@vodafone.com, the issue has been resolved in time and now I am happy with the response. Thanks
