Vodafone — arbitrary billing
i have a postpaid connection no [protected].In the current bill there is a
downloading charges of 446/-
I want to tell you that i have not downloaded any single bit.
as my cell do not have enough memory this u can check yourself from
the device code that i m using thoughout.
i went to vodafone store at Shahnajaf Raod, Lucknow and also at your call center. But reply is same "that sir the bill is correct and we have records that you have downloaded "
Surprisingly the bill is showing downloaded memory as 0.00kb.
I will be forced to surrender my all the three voadfone numbers which i m using.
