I AM TO STATE THAT I AM A SUBSRIBER OF VODAFONE SINCE A LONG TIME. i HAVE MIGRATED TO ZERO RENTAL PLANWEF 28/06/2010. THE SAME IS RENEWED AFTER A GREAT DISSCUSSION WITH MR RAMAKRISHNA REDYY THE VODAFONE EXECUTATIVE, AND IT IS BEING STATED THAT IT IS GOING TO BE RENEWED EVERYYEAR. WHEN THE BILL IS GENERATED IN THE MONT OF JULY IT IS NOTIVED THT ZERO RENTAL PLAN IS NOT RENEWED AND I WAS CHARGED RS149/- AS RENTAL. WHEN APPROCHED THE VODAFONE STORE KUKATPALLY AND REMINDED FOR ZERO RENTALS. THE VODAFONE EXECUTATIVE MR. SATEESH OVER FONE [protected], IT IS STATD THAT IT IS GOING TO BE DONE. IT IS NOT DONE TILL FDATE AND I WAS CHARGED RS149/- MONTHLY THERE ONWARDS. IN THIS REGARD THIS COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED FOR MAKING ZERO RENTAL ASWELLAS WAIVER OF THE RENTALS CHARGED AGANIST ME.
